Monthly Subscriptions

Subscribers can request a full refund within the first 14 days of starting their monthly We Do Pilates Online subscription. No refunds will be provided after this period.

Automatic renewal of Subscriptions
We Do Pilates Online Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel your Subscription before your next renewal date. If you purchase a Subscription 
through We Do Pilates, we will let you know, at the point of sign-up, if your type of Subscription will automatically renew. For more information on how to turn off auto-renew, email sarah.wedopilates@gmail.com.

No Partial Monthly Refunds

After the initial 14 days, no refunds are available for that month. Subscribers will continue to have access to the We Do Pilates Online classes until the end of their current billing cycle.

Cancellation and Termination

Subscribers can cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time by emailing sarah.wedopilates@gmail.com. Post-cancellation, they'll retain access to their Pilates classes until the end of the current subscription period.

Details about any minimum commitment period will be provided at the point of subscription.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers under the Omnibus Directive

Subscribers from the EU have the legal right to withdraw from their subscription agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, subscribers must inform We Do Pilates of their decision to withdraw by email.

If subscribers exercise their right of withdrawal, We Do Pilates will reimburse all payments received from the subscriber, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which We Do Pilates is informed about the decision to withdraw. Reimbursements will be made using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

If subscribers requested to begin the performance of services (i.e., access to Pilates classes) during the withdrawal period, they will pay We Do Pilates an amount proportional to the services provided until the time they communicated their withdrawal.

Special Classes or Workshops

If EU residents purchase special Pilates workshops or classes and request immediate access, they recognize that this waives their 14-day withdrawal right, and they may be liable for costs incurred.

Policy Adjustments

We Do Pilates retains the right to update these terms of use as required. Subscribers will be informed of any changes in advance.
