I take a holistic, person centred approach, and consider all the little details to make big changes in lifestyle that stick.

Hello, I'm Sarah Curgenven
I imagine a world where people wake up feeling energised and enthusiastic about their day; where everyone is listened to and understood; and where everyone has the opportunity to move in ways that make them feel good.
For me, the joy is in finding ways I can help move towards that vision, and I've committed my life and career to doing so.
That has meant supporting groups around the world on bikes, in walking boots, at conferences, in offices, and in their homes—on chairs, mats, and in Zoom rooms.
It has included leading major insights projects, delivering national public health campaigns, forming strategies, and working with healthcare professionals and people living with long-term conditions.
It means working to ensure everyone has the right to rehabilitation, volunteering on nature walks for people living with dementia, and as a Trustee at Active Sussex.
It’s being a Pilates teacher and health coach, and finding people who join me in trying to build this world we imagine.
